AQUAWAVE · INTELLIGENT MARINE WATER TREATMENT
Clean water, always.
Connected ship, anywhere.
AquaWave unifies desalination, sewage treatment and a vessel network hub. AI-driven water management with Starlink-ready connectivity — built for the open sea.
Max fresh water capacity
Closed-loop treatment process
Purification / sewage / network
Fully automatic unmanned operation
Illustrative data; final datasheets prevail
One system for the two hardest things at sea
Treatment & cost
Modular purification and sewage units — compact, corrosion-proof, motion-tolerant. Far cheaper per ton than bottled supply or port disposal.
Onboard AI
Water quality forecasting, closed-loop dosing, predictive maintenance and energy optimization — models run on the edge, smart even offline.
Vessel network hub
Ship-wide LAN/WiFi with Starlink / 4G / 5G multi-link backhaul, edge computing and store-and-forward sync for remote operations.
Marine-grade
Not land equipment bolted onto a ship — born for the sea
A vessel is the harshest operating environment: constant motion, salt spray, cramped spaces, and no repair crew offshore. AquaWave is engineered marine-first, from structure to firmware.
Motion & vibration proof
Damped mounting and reinforced piping, built for continuous rolling, pitching and engine vibration.
Salt-spray resistant
316L stainless wetted parts with marine-grade coating, designed against C5-M corrosion class.
Compact footprint
Cabinet-style integration from 0.4 m² with front-door access — friendly to tight engine rooms.
Quiet running
Low-noise pump sets on isolation mounts, acceptable next to accommodation areas.
Unmanned operation
Fully automatic with self-diagnostics and remote operations — less onboard attendance.
One-person service
Front-access quick-release consumables; filters and membranes swapped single-handed, no port call needed.
Process
From seawater to potable in five steps
Every stage is hardened for marine duty: motion-tolerant hydraulics, corrosion-proof wetted parts, AI-tuned operating points.
- 1
Intake
Sea chest intake with coarse screening of debris and marine life
- 2
Pre-treatment
Multi-media + precision filtration protecting the membranes
- 3
RO desalination
High-pressure pump + membranes, ≥ 99.3% salt rejection (illustrative)
- 4
Post-treatment
Remineralization + UV sterilization for potable taste
- 5
Supply / reuse
Potable water to accommodation; reclaimed water for deck washdown
Product matrix
From intake to discharge, fully covered
Three product lines — purification, sewage and connectivity — combined per vessel type and tonnage.
The cost math
Why onboard production wins
No hand-waving numbers — look at the cost structure. Two supply models, two very different ledgers.
Supply-based water
- The water itself
- Logistics & storage
- Port-call time cost
- Sewage disposal fees
- Price swings & supply risk
Every line floats with route, port and fuel prices
AquaWave onboard production
- Energy
- Filter & membrane consumables
- AI-optimized, need-based maintenance
Simple structure, predictable cost
A simple cost structure is a controllable one. How much you save depends on your vessel, route and consumption — we'd be glad to run the numbers for you.

FAQ
Six questions every shipowner asks
How much installation space is needed?
Cabinet-style design: the P-5 takes 0.4 m² and the P-20 about 1.2 m² (illustrative). Front-door service means no side clearance — a corner of the engine room is enough.
Does it work without Starlink?
Yes. The equipment runs autonomously, with 4G/5G backhaul near shore. A Starlink deck antenna can be added anytime — the hub is pre-wired for it, no changes to the treatment unit.
Can existing vessels be retrofitted?
Yes. We survey space, plumbing, power and cabling, then propose a plan. The Link network hub can also be retrofitted alone — connectivity first, intelligence next.
Is maintenance complex or costly?
Filters and membranes are front-access quick-release, swappable by one person. AI schedules replacements by actual water quality — no over-servicing. Consumables cost far less than bottled supply; ask us for a tailored breakdown.
Does discharge meet IMO requirements?
The S-series is designed against IMO MEPC.227(64) with compliant effluent limits; class certification is in progress — certificates prevail.
What if the link drops mid-ocean?
Edge autonomy: control and AI inference run entirely onboard, so treatment never depends on the link. Data is cached locally and synced when connectivity returns.
